Windows XP
Some users of Microsoft Windows XP may experience problems such as I-frames disabled, JavaScript blocked, popup windows not opening and Microsoft Word and pdf files not opening from a web page. Service Packs 1 and 2 for Windows XP, which included major changes to security, have caused these problems using Internet Explorer and may affect the operation of this CD-ROM.
If you experience any of these problems we suggest using the alternative browser Mozilla Firefox. A copy of Firefox (freeware) has been included on this CD in the directory firefox.
To install Mozilla Firefox click on this link. With Internet Explorer, a File Download Security Warning should appear. If file downloading has been disabled in Internet Explorer, open the folder called firefox using Microsoft
Windows Explorer. Double click on the file Firefox Setup 1.0.exe to begin.
Select Run and the Mozilla Firefox installation will begin. Select the Standard Installation and then the Import Wizard. You may need to download the Flash and Adobe plug-ins for Firefox as well.

Browsers
We recommend that you use the (free) Mozilla Firefox browser if you have any problems running this CD-ROM with other browsers. Problems known to occur on some some Windows XP systems are most easily solved by installing this alternative browser.
