Follow the Baton
You don't need to be an athlete or even be present at the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games to participate in the Commonwealth experience! The Queen's Baton Relay will be moving across the Commonwealth, providing us with an opportunity to follow its progress through a global positioning system. Find out how the relay is organised, how the baton works and follow it as it travels across the Commonwealth. Students will then present a 'virtual' television news report of their findings.
Participating across the globe
Discover what it means to participate in sport in different countries, by actually asking them! The School2School program has been initiated to develop relationships between Victorian schools and schools in other Commonwealth nations. Students can connect with other schools and share, communicate and learn about what it's like to live in another country.
